The August numbers show a mix of activity across both Whistler and Pemberton.

Whistler: More chalets are selling, though prices have come down. Townhouses are gaining strength with higher prices, and condos saw a big jump in value compared to July. Vacant land was quiet this month with no sales.
Pemberton: Chalet sales increased, but homes are taking longer to sell. Townhouse and condo activity was limited, with only a couple of sales recorded. Vacant land availability grew, though no transactions closed.
Overall, the market is active but varied depending on property type. For sellers, chalets and townhouses continue to draw interest. For buyers, there may be opportunities in condos and vacant land where activity has slowed.
