Summer has arrived, and we are seeing another strong month in the Pemberton market, with house sales being the top of the chart. Town homes are selling under 30 days because of high demand and very low inventory. Condo sales have picked up as well. There is a very strong market currently in Pemberton demand is high and inventory is remaining low.
