Pemberton Real Estate Market report for November 2020 by  Lisa Hilton 

November's statistics followed the same trend we've been seeing in the market for months now.Pemberton's inventory is very low and demand is high for houses, houses with acreages, recreational properties and townhomes. So much so that Pemberton's overall sales compared to last year have seen a 38% increase and in November townhomes were selling in under 30 days!The market has spoken and what it's saying is that now is a GREAT time to sell. We're on the home stretch of 2020 and I don't know about you but I'm looking forward to better days ahead as we move into 2021.Looking back on this challenging year what I'm most proud of is how our community has shown up for one another. Without banding together and working to help each other, we never could have come through this year as we have.
