I am now comfortably settled in my little house on Vancouver Island, largely due to the efforts of Lisa Hilton, my real estate agent; Lisa Hilton was the third realtor in approximately one year since my husband died whom I had signed with to see my large home in Pemberton during an unfavourable sellers market.
Lisa was very practical with many insightful tips about the presentation necessary to attract buyers. She made a point to schedule weekly open houses and then made sure all the features were shown during walk thru`s. Her guidance during the whole process of selling and moving to a new area was invaluable and definitely made my life easier and less stressful. Her positive attitude throughout helped immensely.
I signed Lisa Hilton on February 15 2011 and by March 15 2011 prospective buyers were in place. I would recommend Lisa Hilton to sellers anywhere. She is not only an incredible real estate agent but also an amazing woman.
