Hi All - Today we've received notifications from several lenders that their fixed mortgage rates will be increasing. For full information read our blog at: http://gibbardhoffartblog.com
For those of you in a panic and wanting to secure a rate today before they go up, please email karen@gibbardhoffart.com. We won't have time to complete a full application but we can get a ratehold for you (no underwriting of the file) for 120 days. Here's what we'll need to secure a rate for you:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address
- amount of mortgage you're requesting
