January 31^st at the Whistler  Creekbread restaurant  they’re supporting the Canadian Avalanche Foundation for their Tuesday community evening. Proceeds from the pizza sales along with a silent auction will go to the CAF. The event runs from 5 to 9 pm so grab your friends and head over to support the cause.

The location is in the Whistler Creek Lodge at 2021 Karen Crescent.

 It’s official, mark your calendars: the Canadian Avalanche Foundation’s Whistler Fundraiser will be held Saturday evening, March 17th at the Nicklaus North Club House. The format will include a social hour, dinner, a silent auction and a presentation. Our featured speaker Roger McCarthy will speak on “Sochi and the 2014 Winter Olympics.  WB has been very generous with auction items. There will a seasons' pass, Whistler  Heli ski package and dawn ski patrol package. Many more businesses are donating for the silent auction as well. Nancy Wilhelm –Morden and Ted will host an evening in their home and the RCMP is giving a day at the shooting range. More cat skiing coming as well.
