Mortgage Rates are fluttering again, going up a bit and then dropping down.  It doesn’t look like there will be any major changes in the short term.  An unusual situation exists where long term rates ( ie. 5 Year) are lower than short term rates.  As mentioned this probably won’t change in the short term, but this won’t continue for ever.  Generally the long term rates are higher than short term rates.
