Do you know someone who has made an important contribution in 2006? Do you want to recognize them for their achievements and/or volunteer efforts? Let us know!

THE CATEGORIES ARE:

Business Person of the Year Award - is a person, or partners who operate a business located within the area, represented by the Squamish Chamber of Commerce; provides excellent customer service, promotes the growth and development of our business community.

Citizen of the Year Award - is a citizen, or group of citizens who voluneer his/her time for the benefit of our community.

Nominations may be submitted by e-mail to denise@squamishchamber.com, dropped off at the Adventure Centre or faxed to 604-815-4998.

All nomitation letters must include an overview of why you feel the business-person or citizen should be considered for the award (maximum length of approximately 100 words).

The recipients of these awards will honoured at the AGM/Presidents' Banquet on January 20th 2007.
