A competition for horse manure producers.

Are you proud of your manure? Don't worry, you're not alone. There are many of you out there and here is your chance to show it off. Prove yourself to be a horse manure compost champion at the first annual Compost Challenge held at the Mane Event October 20-22. Compost will be judged on C:N ratio, moisture content, and quality of degradation based on compost age.

There will be FABULOUS prizes so get your samples into the LEPS office in a sealed container (sandwich container sized) by October 18th. Pre-registration is required prior to submitting your entry. Pre-registration deadline is October 14th. The winner will be announced at the Mane Event on October 21st. Entries will be on display at the LEPS booth.
